This is one of the books I wish was around when I began learning. It teaches anatomy in a very easy to learn way and lets you know that you shouldn't stress over getting it 100% right aslong as it's believable it will work out fine! The book simplifies each major muscle mass in ways that will allow you, in time (and with the use of reference images) to easily draw 3D forms. If you pair it with, say, Morphos clothing and folds book, you'll easily be able to draw your characters and clothe them in many different angles. My only gripe is the HUGE size. Though I suppose that allows you to better see the images within, my small desk hates me for it. lol
